]]> Monkeys by the Sea develops and markets plant-based alternatives to seafood. To achieve this, they use sustainable and locally sourced ingredients such as seawater from a marine reserve, oyster mushrooms, beet fibres, seaweed and microalgae. So far, Monkeys by the Sea’s tasty alternatives have primarily been known within professional buyers in foodservice. It’s time to change that!
